The foundations of our school were laid in 1978. 24 classrooms, science lab., B. T. class, gym, library available. There are 1 principal, 1 assistant principal, 2 guidance teachers, 28 teachers and 529 students. There are kindergartens and special education classes within our school. With its technical equipment and capacity, our school is capable of hosting international meetings and activities. Our vision of education is to educate students who have achieved the level of modern education, who think with scientific method and also participate in social activities. For this reason, we have always encouraged children to participate in cultural and social activities. In addition to achievements such as painting competitions and second place in fairy-tale festival, White Flag and Dyslexia Friendly School certificate are some of the achievements we have achieved. We have 18 mainstreaming and 9 special education students. All kinds of documents, materials and toys were provided to 2 special education classes and a play class was opened for free activities. Mainstreaming students can take individual lessons in the support training room opened in our school during the school hours. A lesson plan was prepared for the students in special education class to take courses with their peers. It is made. Our interest in the needs of special education students has resulted in the acceptance of 2 EU Erasmus+ projects in this field. 

Each of our team teachers who are in charge of carrying out the project in our school are highly motivated teachers who are fluent in English who follow the innovations in their fields. Our project team;

Kadriye ŞİMŞEK: She has 6 years of experience as a psychologist and 14 years of teaching experience. She is a psychodrama group therapist and works as a guidance teacher in our school. She has participated in workshops in international group therapy congresses. Erasmus + will carry out creative drama group activities with special education students in our project.

As of October 2018, Kadriye Şimşek from the project team started working on creative drama with special education and mainstreaming students in our school within the scope of the eTwinning project titled 'use of creative drama techniques to improve the social skills of special education needs students'. This work will continue this year and next year.
